Cook from Defrosted.
About 20 minutes before you start cooking, remove the defrosted steak from the refrigerator and open the packaging. This will allow the steak to come to room temperature.
Pre-heat a heavy frying pan or ridged griddle pan, grill or barbecue to a high temperature. Brush the steak with oil. Sear for 4½ -5 minutes per side. Place steak on a rack and rest somewhere warm for at least 5 minutes.

Much smaller than expected. At £9.00 each this was an expensive buy. I purchased them as had eaten "Tomahawks" in Greece, which were far larger. The quality of the meat and ease of cooking on a BBQ was very good though.
