We've taken the best free-range pork shoulder and let its meaty flavour shine through in these classic sausages.

Box Contains:

  • 20 Pork Sausages, in packs of 4
    (pack weight 280g)
  Professionally shock frozen
Store below -18ºC to -25ºC. 12 months use by date stated on label.
Defrost in a refrigerator and use within 48 hours.
Once defrosted do not re-freeze. Use within 48 hours.
Remove all packaging.
Separate the sausages using scissors.
Do not prick sausages.

Combination of par-boiling and frying, BBQ or grilling:

Add the sausages to simmering water

From defrosted: 10 minutes
From frozen: 20 minutes.

Drain, pat dry, brush all over with oil and fry, bbq or grill for 5-8 minutes.


Pan Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat 18-20 minutes from defrosted. Turning occasionally.

BBQ: 18-20 minutes from defrosted. Turn regularly to avoid charring.

Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack for 14-18 minutes from defrosted. Turn occasionally.

Best sausages ever tasted
Always good these are the only sausages we buy but a pity they ony come in packets of 4 and not 6.

Follow the instructions and boil before you BBQ, for lovely zingy tasty sausages
My husband loves these sausages and followed the cooking instructions on the packet. He was a bit sceptical at first but said that they tasted even better cooked that way

What sausages should be I've been searching for sausages similar to a butchers I worked for in the seventies, I want butchers not farmers. This is so close to those good old family made sausages.

Sausages are full of meat not full of rusks. Check the meat content on packaging with supermarkets.
