Store below -18ºC to -25ºC. 12 months use by date stated on label.
Defrost in a refrigerator and use within 48 hours.
Once defrosted do not re-freeze. Use within 48 hours.
Remove all packaging.
Separate the sausages using scissors.
Do not prick sausages.

Combination of par-boiling and frying, BBQ or grilling:

Add the sausages to simmering water

From defrosted: 10 minutes
From frozen: 20 minutes.

Drain, pat dry, brush all over with oil and fry, bbq or grill for 5-8 minutes.


Pan Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat 18-20 minutes from defrosted. Turning occasionally.

BBQ: 18-20 minutes from defrosted. Turn regularly to avoid charring.

Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack for 14-18 minutes from defrosted. Turn occasionally.

These are what sausages should taste like.
Won’t buy anywhere else these are so meaty, very little fat comes out of them. There are really filling too, makes me realise how even premium sausages you buy from supermarkets are so full of fat and bread. Only slight comment is the casings are sometimes a bit thick.
