Store below -18ºC to -25ºC. 12 months use by date stated on label.
Defrost in a refrigerator and use within 48 hours.
Once defrosted do not re-freeze. Use within 48 hours.
Remove all packaging.
Separate the sausages using scissors.
Do not prick sausages.

Combination of par-boiling and frying, BBQ or grilling:

Add the sausages to simmering water

From defrosted: 10 minutes
From frozen: 20 minutes.

Drain, pat dry, brush all over with oil and fry, bbq or grill for 5-8 minutes.

Alternatively:

Pan Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat 18-20 minutes from defrosted. Turning occasionally.

BBQ: 18-20 minutes from defrosted. Turn regularly to avoid charring.

Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack for 14-18 minutes from defrosted. Turn occasionally.
This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.

Pork (80%), water, rusk (wheat flour, salt), seasoning (salt, wheat flour, dextrose, preservative: sodium sulphite, ground spice, flavourings, antioxidant: ascorbic acid). Filled into natural pork casings.

Never tasted sausages quite like these, they may take a little longer to cook, but that is because they are so full of quality meat.

I can't eat these sausages because they aren't gluten free, but whenever I cook them for my family I'm envious, because I can tell how good they are and the coimments from everyone when they eat them confirm what a tasty food I'm missing!
