Store below -18ºC to -25ºC. 18 months use by date stated on label.
Defrost in a refrigerator and use within 48 hours.
Once defrosted do not re-freeze. Use within 48 hours.
Remove all packaging.
Separate the sausages using scissors.
Do not prick sausages.

Combination of par-boiling and frying, BBQ or grilling:

Add the sausages to simmering water

From defrosted: 10 minutes
From frozen: 20 minutes.

Drain, pat dry, brush all over with oil and fry, bbq or grill for 5-8 minutes.

Alternatively:

Pan Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat 18-20 minutes from defrosted. Turning occasionally.

BBQ: 18-20 minutes from defrosted. Turn regularly to avoid charring.

Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack for 14-18 minutes from defrosted. Turn occasionally.
This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.

Pork (80%), water, rusk (wheat flour, salt), seasoning (salt, wheat flour, dextrose, preservative: sodium sulphite, ground spice, flavourings, antioxidant: ascorbic acid). Filled into natural pork casings.

I never buy any other

I don't like my sausages salty or over herbed I've tried and tried many sausages from cheap to really expensive and artisan hand made (at my local Farmers Co-Operative shop/cafe) and none of them meet my taste like these do. They are not overly herbed but are flavoured and OMG not salty. I think they are amazing and bulk buy when they are on offer (and fill a spare freezer with them). I never buy any other sausages now.

I've tried various of your sausages over the years (all excellent) but never until now these plain old ordinary pork sausages, which recently came as part of a package deal. They are EXQUISITE, remind me of the sausages of my (dim and distant) youth which I have never been able to replicate. Ab Fab. Will never buy any other.
