We only use finely minced free-range pork shoulder meat for a greater flavour and better value. We have left our sausage meat completely unseasoned so you can add your own twist if you like. This product is seldom seen on the High Street and is ideal for making homemade sausage rolls too.

Box Contains:

      (pack weight 450g e)

Frozen at the peak of perfection
Store below -18ºC to -25ºC.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours. Store below 5ºC use within 48 hours
Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
Remove outer packaging. Cook the product in its original tray
Preheat oven to180ºC/Fan 170ºC/Gas 4.
Cook the product in its original tray

From defrosted: 45-50 minutes
From Frozen: 60-65 minutes

Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
This product must be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption.

Recipe Ideas

Dried Apricot and Herb Stuffing
  • 1 Sausage meat 450g
  • 120g Dried Apricots (5mm diced)
  • 4 stalks each Sage and Parsley (finely chopped)

  • Mix all ingredients well and return to baking tray then cook as per instructions on label.

    Sage and Onion Stuffing
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Garlic clove (crushed)
  • 20 ml Vegetable oil
  • 3-4 stalks Sage (finely chopped)
  • 1 Sausage meat 450g

  • Heat a large pan and braise onions and garlic with oil for 4-5 minutes on a medium heat. Transfer into a bowl and allow to cool. Mix in the rest of ingredients and return to the baking tray and cook as per instructions on label.

    Apple, Nuts & Bacon Stuffing
  • 150g Apple e.g. Bramley (peeled, cored and 5mm diced)
  • 50 g whole Almonds or Walnuts (roughly chopped)
  • ½ Onion (chopped)
  • 60g smoked Bacon (cut into small dice)

  • Mix well all ingredients and return to baking tray and cook as per instructions on label.

    Great for making sausage rolls.
    Excellent a usual cannot say other.
    This was bought as a present to make the stuffing for Christmas Day and was perfect would buy again.
    Amazing cooked as is for stuffing!
    Just as good as the sausages we use for the festive stuffing, any over makes a super meat loaf

    Quality meat, versatile product.
    These were to make a new recipe of Express Lasagna which used sausagemeat rather than mince. They were excellent, tasty but not too fatty.
    Very tasty all meat very little fat
    Slightly disappointed with this product. There were gristly bits in it which spoils my sausage rolls, although the labour of the meat was very good.
