We only use finely minced 100% free-range pork shoulder for a really rich flavour. We have left our sausagemeat completely unseasoned, for you to add your own twist. This product is seldom seen on the High Street and is ideal for making homemade sausage rolls, too!

Pork (80%), Water, Rusk (Fortified WHEATFLOUR (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt), Seasonings (Salt, Fortified WHEATFLOUR (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Dextrose, Preservative: Sodium SULPHITE, Ground Spices, Flavourings, Antioxidant: Sodium ascorbate). Filled into natural pork casings.

Remove outer packaging. Cook the product in its original tray
Preheat oven to180ºC/Fan 170ºC/Gas 4.

From defrosted: 45-50 minutes
From Frozen: 60-65 minutes

Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
This product must be thoroughly cooked prior to consumption.

Recipe Ideas

Dried Apricot and Herb Stuffing
  • 1 Sausage meat 450g
  • 120g Dried Apricots (5mm diced)
  • 4 stalks each Sage and Parsley (finely chopped)

  • Mix all ingredients well and return to baking tray then cook as per instructions on label.

    Sage and Onion Stuffing
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Garlic clove (crushed)
  • 20 ml Vegetable oil
  • 3-4 stalks Sage (finely chopped)
  • 1 Sausage meat 450g

  • Heat a large pan and braise onions and garlic with oil for 4-5 minutes on a medium heat. Transfer into a bowl and allow to cool. Mix in the rest of ingredients and return to the baking tray and cook as per instructions on label.

    Apple, Nuts & Bacon Stuffing
  • 150g Apple e.g. Bramley (peeled, cored and 5mm diced)
  • 50 g whole Almonds or Walnuts (roughly chopped)
  • ½ Onion (chopped)
  • 60g smoked Bacon (cut into small dice)

  • Mix well all ingredients and return to baking tray and cook as per instructions on label.
