Defrost: Defrost in refrigerator overnight
Shelf life defrosted: Store in refrigerator and cook within 24 hours
Place the shanks in an ovenproof roasting tin and rub with a little salt all over, add some water to the bottom of the tin and roast in a preheated oven at 160ºC/325ºF/Gas3 for 80 - 95 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cover loosely with foil.
Leave to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Enjoyed these but would have preferred two in a pack rather than 4. As I live on my own 4 are too many at once.
Cooked as instructed and then used the meat from 2 to make a stew - all very tasty.
