Nice change from beef products and easy to carve, makes good option for sunday roast
So delicious, and so easy to carve.
Delicious joint. Cooking instructions spot on
We love it and order it regularly.
this is the first time for this cut of pork, we had it roasted for a Sunday lunch including grand daughter in attendance, it was superb. Just big enough and some scraps for the dogs.
I have had the rib eye steak and the sirloin steak and both were very tasty. As I live alone it takes me quite a while to use the items and i hope to eat the rest of the food this month or even July.
Congratulations to your butcher for a superb joint, full of taste, moist and so easy to serve.
Easy to cook , carve and eat. And delicious.
A fantastic roast and will definitely purchase in the future
Roasted with whole garlic cloves underneath, slices of apple to the sides, drizzled with olive oil, seasoning and with some sage herb and a little salt on the skin - wonderful !
Excellent quality and thoroughly enjoyed
Delicious pork, great flavour and crackling
that really crisps up,
will buy again.
Excellently. Very tasty and minimal shrinkage.
Excellent meat just falls of the bone when cooked
I was surprised to find that the skin had been taken off this joint and tied back on. There was no fat left on the skin, so it did not make good crackling. I cooked the joint according to the instructions and it was tender and moist, but unfortunately was also pretty tasteless. I am sorry to say it... Read More. Thanks for your comment.

Meat was Ok but crackling came out like leather. Tried skin in oven again but result still disappointing.
Delicious, more expensive than the supermarket, but can't fault the product.
For me it lacked taste but was acceptable. However, my husband found it excessively fatty and in the end we threw more than half of it away. Thanks for your comment.

The meat was lovely, but I was disappointed that the fat had been cut off and tied on separately. Personally I find that the crackling is never quite as good when this has been done, one reason I don't buy supermarket pork. The text does not make this clear and photos look as if the skin is still... Read More.
Excellent melt in the mouth pork. I live alone and there was enough for hot roast, cold roast, a lunch sandwich and finally a gorgeous stir fry with hoisin sauce. Delicious, and unlike a lot of modern supermarket pork, did not have a back taste of fish meal!
