This clever roast combines all the tenderness of succulent pork loin with an extra boost of flavour from its natural bone trivet. The good covering of fat on the outside crisps up beautifully.Our butchers have skilfully carved the meat from the bone and tied it back on, to make presentation at the table an absolute snip.

Frozen at the peak of perfection
Store below -18ºC
Defrost in refrigerator for up to 24 hours
Once defrosted store below 5ºC and use within 24 hours
Do not refreeze once defrosted

Cooking Guidelines:

Remove all packaging and pat dry with kitchen paper

Allow 30-60 minutes for the meat to come to room temperature

Temperatures & Times:
Pre-heat oven to 250ºC/Fan 230ºC/Gas 9
Place the joint in a roasting tray, season salt and pepper
Sear meat for 15 minutes in the oven
Reduce oven temperature to 180ºC/Fan 160ºC/Gas 4 and cook for 55-65 minutes
Internal temperature of meat: 72-75ºC

Remove from the oven and rest for at least 20 minutes in a warm place

Easy Carving:
After resting, snip the strings, lift the meat off the bone.
Slice and serve on hot plates.

Delicious, juicy, easy to carve.

this is the first time for this cut of pork, we had it roasted for a Sunday lunch including grand daughter in attendance, it was superb. Just big enough and some scraps for the dogs.
I have had the rib eye steak and the sirloin steak and both were very tasty. As I live alone it takes me quite a while to use the items and i hope to eat the rest of the food this month or even July.
