Pork (90%), water, iodized nitrite curing salt (table salt, preservative: sodium nitrite, potassium iodate), stabiliser: diphosphate, antioxidant sodium, isoascorbate, spices (pepper, onion, garlic), beech wood smoke.

Energy: 512 kJ / 123 kcal, Fat: 5g, of which saturates: 1.8g, Carbohydrates: <0.5g, of which are sugars 0g, Fibre: 0g. Protein: 19g, Salt: 2.4g.
Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove steaks from packaging.
Pat dry with kitchen paper. Preheat a frying pan or griddle pan.
Add a little oil to the pan or brush oil directly onto the steaks to avoid using too much.
Place the steaks into the pan and cook for 2 - 3 minutes without touching.
Turn your steaks and continue to cook for a further 2 - 3 minutes.
Remove steaks from the pan.
Place steaks on a rack, cover with foil and allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
