Recommended Shelf Life once defrosted: Store between 0 - 5C Use within 24 hours
From defrosted: Remove all packaging and allow to come to room temperature.

Pre-heat oven to 190°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 4

Place bone side down onto a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Cook for 110 - 120 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Ensure the product is piping hot through out. Do not reheat once cooked.
