Our tender free-range pork fillet, with a layer of our finest pork sausagemeat, carrots and parsley, all wrapped in a flaky pastry crust.

Frozen at the peak of perfection
Storage Conditions: Store at < -18ºC
Defrost in fridge for 24 hours - Once defrosted do not re-freeze and use within 24 hours
Freezer shelf life: 18 months from date of production

Serve warm with mushrooms in a cream sauce and caramelised carrots or cold with fresh salad leaves or coleslaw salad.
Carefully remove en croûte from packaging, leaving on baking paper only.

Preheat oven to 200ºC / Fan 190ºC / Gas 6 along with a baking tray.
Brush pastry with beaten or egg yolk or alternatively with double cream.
Place the En Croute onto the pre-heated baking tray and cook for:

40-45 minutes from frozen
27-30 minutes from defrosted

Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
Ensure the product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.

I do not even know where to start to review this delicious Pork Fillet En Croute. The meat was moist inside the pastry shell, and had a special flavour which made it absolutely delicious.
