Salt Beef

To Serve Cold: Defrost overnight in the fridge. Slice thinly and serve as cold cuts. Or for a New York deli-style sandwich, pile onto rye bread, with Dijon mustard and sliced dill pickle.
To Serve Hot:
Defrost overnight in the fridge, put the defrosted meat in a casserole dish, along with juices from the bag to keep it moist, cover and heat in the oven at 160ºC / Fan 150ºC / Gas 3 for 30-35 minutes.
Or slice and sparingly layer the slices in deep baking tray, heat in the same way as for the whole Salt Beef, but for 10-15 minutes until heated through.

D-Sliced Smoked Salmon

Preparation instructions: Defrost in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve at room temperature for optimal flavour.

Serving Suggestion: Season the salmon with a little cracked black pepper, drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice, and scatter some fresh rocket leaves and shaved slivers of parmesan cheese over the top. Serve with fresh soda bread or good quality wholemeal, for a delicious starter or light meal.

Duck Confit, Potato & Mushroom Quiche

For best results cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 180º / Gas 6. Carefully remove the frozen quiche from its clear packaging and aluminium tray, placing it directly onto a baking tray before putting it in the oven to reheat for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave the quiches for a moment to cool down. This allows the filling to set and the pastry to crisp up before serving.

Chicken Lollipops

For best results, cook from frozen. Cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only.
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.

Microwave: Based on 800W. Pierce film and cook for 4-5 minutes from frozen, and 2½-3½ minutes from defrosted. Decrease the cooking time for ovens with higher wattage

Oven: Remove product from packaging and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cook in a preheated oven at 190ºC / Fan 180ºC / Gas 4 for 20-25 minutes from frozen, and 10-15 minutes from defrosted.

Mini Sausage Rolls

From Defrosted: Defrost in fridge overnight. Carefully remove all packaging and place Sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper. Space out generously and brush pastry with beaten egg yolk or double cream. Cook in a preheated oven at 200ºC / Fan 400ºC / Gas 6 for 23-25 minutes until golden brown.

From Frozen: Carefully remove all packaging and place sausage rolls on a baking tray, lined with baking paper. Space out generously and brush pastry with beaten egg yolk or double cream. Cook in a preheated oven at 200ºC / 190ºC / Gas 6 for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving. This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.
