Picanha Steaks

A lean ‘Brazilian bombshell’ with a big, beefy flavour
Chef’s Top Tip
These speciality steaks are best enjoyed rare or medium-rare. For more information on how these steaks are cut and how to cook them, click here.

In Brazil, this juicy cut is traditionally kept in one large piece, grilled on a sword and sliced to serve multiple diners. Here, our butchers have prepared it as convenient, pan-ready individual steaks – much easier!
