Preheat oven to 210ºC/Fan 200ºC /Gas 6.

Carefully remove all packaging from the frozen Pesto Salmon and place onto a baking tray, lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for 30-33 minutes, (defrosted 22-25 minutes), ensuring the product is piping hot throughout.
Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes.
This helps the juices to set and the salmon to stay juicy before serving.
To serve carefully lift the Pesto Salmon from the baking paper and slice into 2-3cm slices. Do not reheat once cooled.
