Traditional Italian veal cut for braising

So many of our customers have asked us for this classic Italian cut. Our Osso Buco is meltingly tender, and it has a unique and delicious flavour which combines the lightness of veal with the richness of braised beef. It's so easy to cook too - just pop the kitchen ready slices in a pot with some white wine and vegetables. After a few hours the beautifully smooth, pale pink meat is ready to serve.
