Storage and Handling
Storage Conditions: Store at <-18°C . Defrost in refrigerator and use within 48 hours. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
Preparation Advice
Reheating instructions from defrosted/frozen: Oven: Pierce the film and cook in a preheated oven at 160ºC/325ºF/Gas3 for 25-30 minutes from defrosted or 50-55 minutes from frozen. Microwave: Based on 800watt. Pierce the film and cook for 4 minutes from defrosted or 8 minutes from frozen. Decrease the cooking time for ovens with higher wattage. Stove top: From defrosted only. Remove film from the tray and empty the contents into a sauce pan, heat gently, stirring occasionally. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
