Storage and Handling
Storage Conditions: Store at < -18°C (Supplied frozen) Recommended Shelf Life once defrosted: Store between 0 - 5°C Use within 24 hours
Preparation Advice
Remove frozen lattice from the packaging and place onto baking paper on a tray. Brush pastry with beaten egg yolk. Pre-heat oven to 200ºC/400ºF/Gas 6. Place the tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 45-50 minutes.
Ensure product is thoroughly cooked. Remove from the oven and leave to rest for 8-10 minutes before serving.
