The breads are all part-baked, and simply need to be finished off in the oven. They can be cooked from frozen or defrosted first - no other preparation is needed.
Cooking instructions for all 6 breads:
Preheat the oven to 175ºC/350ºF/Gas 3. Remove all packaging and place the loaf on a baking tray (if baking more than one bread, ensure they are well spaced out on the tray). Spray or splash the bread lightly with cold water. From frozen, cook for 30 minutes, or if defrosted, cook for 25 minutes. Allow the bread to cool for 30 minutes to develop the crust and flavour.
Storage and Handling
Storage Conditions: Store at < -18°C (Supplied frozen) We recommend you cook from frozen Recommended Shelf Life once defrosted: Store between 0 - 5°C Use within 5 days
