For stress-free entertianing simply pop in the oven, and cook to your liking. Our mouth-watering Beef Wellington is filled with prime fillet, duxelle mushrooms and tarragon all encased in flaky pastry made with pure Jersey butter.

Storage and Handling
Store below -18 degrees (Supplied frozen). Defrost in refrigerator and use within 48 hours, Once defrosted do not refreeze.
Preparation Advice
Defrost 24hrs in the fridge. Carefully remove the Wellington from the packaging, leaving on baking paper. Allow to come to room temperature for at least 20mins. Pre-heat oven to 200ºC/400ºF/Gas 6 along with the baking tray. Brush pastry with beaten egg yolk. Place the Wellington (still on baking paper) onto the preheated baking tray and cook for:
RARE 29-31 minutes
MEDIUM 39-41 minutes
WELL DONE 49-51 minutes
Remove from the oven and leave to rest for 10 minutes. To serve - carefully life from baking paper.
