Storage and Handling
Storage Conditions: Store at < -18°C (Supplied frozen)
Recommended Shelf Life once defrosted: Store between 0 - 5°C Use within 24 hours
Do not reheat once cooked.
Preparation Advice
Cooking Instructions:
We recommend cooking from chilled.
Defrost thoroughly in the fridge overnight.
Heat sufficient vegetable oil in a frying pan to a medium heat.
Fry for 4-6mins on each side until golden brown, adding more oil if necessary.
But you can also cook from frozen.
Preheat oven to 200ºC/400ºF/Gas 6.
Remove packaging and place product on a lined baking tray.
Brush both sides with a little vegetable oil and cook for 35-40 mins.
