Confit Duck Legs
A true classic, and hugely popular French dish
Every freezer should have some of these tucked away, ready to make a very quick, tasty meal. They come pre-cooked to a traditional recipe and taste gorgeous. Confit de canard or duck confit is a traditional French fine food made with duck leg cooked in duck fat. Once defrosted remove some of the excess duck fat. Keep what's left and use later, in small amounts, to make gorgeous sautéed food, especially good for roasting potatoes.
