Now you can enjoy a roast dinner, even when there's only two at the table. Our butchers have sized down the traditional family roasts, so you get all the flavour without the leftover's. They carve just like the larger roasts, but need less time in the oven. But like all roasts, you should leave them to rest for a good ten to fifteen minutes after cooking for maximum tenderness and taste.
