Ingredients (Raw): Mince (Beef 36% + Pork 15%), Diced Tomato (24%), Red Wine (14%), Beef Stock (12%), Onion (10%), Carrot (6&), Celery (6%), Garlic (2.3%), Tomato Puree, Corn Starch, Olive Oil, Rosemary, Basil, Thyme, Oregano, Bayleaf, Salt & Pepper
Storage and Handling
Storage Conditions: Supplied frozen only: - Store at <-18°C Recommended Shelf Life for opened pack : Once defrosted - Store between 0 - 5°C - Use within 24 hours
Preparation Advice
Defrost thoroughly before using.
On the hob: Open the bag and empty contents into a saucepan, heat gently, stirring occasionally until piping hot.
In the bag: Do not pierce or cut the bag. Place in a pan of hot water and simmer for 8-10 mins.
Microwave: Empty into a microwavable dish and, based on 650 watt oven, cook for 2-3 minutes. Decrease the cooking time for ovens with a higher wattage.
Stir before serving, ensure piping hot throughout.
