Storage and Handling
Keep frozen at -18°C. Freezer shelf life: 12 months. Defrost: Minimum 20 hours or overnight in the fridge. Shelf life once defrosted: 48 hours.
Preparation Advice
Remove defrosted roast from packaging, pat dry with kitchen paper and allow the meat to come to room temperature for at least 20 minutes before cooking. Place the roast in an ovenproof roasting tin and rub 1/2 tsp salt all over the skin, add a little wate
