This mouth-watering cooked salmon is first dry-cured in salt and brown sugar, then kiln-roasted to perfection. Its unique, savoury flavour simply has to be experienced. Ideal for buffets, it can be eaten hot or cold, as a starter or main course. Serve cut into thick slices with relish or horseradish.
