Loue Chickens
Wonderful roasted - tasty, lean and meaty.
This box contains two free-range varieties from France, both beautifully trimmed. The white has a stronger, more rustic flavour, while the yellow is more moist with golden flesh. Both of these are wonderful roasted, although take care not to overcook as they are very lean and have no added water. Stock comes up superb and jellifies well - one of the signs of a really great chicken.
