These juicy, meaty ribs are carved from prime, naturally reared, grass-fed beef, and are packed with flavour. They're so easy to cook - simply pop them in the oven and roast or braise on a low heat. The rich natural marbling melts away during cooking to give you incredibly succulent, flavoursome meat. Carving is simple too - just slice down between the bones. Two on a plate makes a great informal starter, or pile them up on a platter for a hearty casual buffet.
