An unusual cut that gives the richest flavour
This comes ready cut in thick, richly-marbled strips. The beefy taste has the same depth and richness as one of our ribeye steaks, although the texture is quite different. It's ideal for casseroles like classic Daube of Beef, as after several hours of cooking, the flavours really intensify, and it has a satisfying texture.
