Excellent Cheap Meal
For those who love slow cooking, this is a must have product in the freezer. Great quality cut and great value. Like other reviewers try doing it the DR way with balsamic & port. And, yes, you can cut it with a spoon and savour the intense flavours.

Melts in your mouth
I purchased these having been wowed by a top London Restaurant with the flavour and tenderness of the meat. I used the ox cheeks to make a slow cooked boeuf bourguignon using Gordon Ramsey's recipe. It was absolutely wonderful. The meat just melts in your mouth and the flavour was wonderful. I would recommend anyone to give these a try. You will not be disappointed.

I cooked this long and slow and then cooked it some more because I'd forgotten to do the potatoes. The result was rich and tender without being remotely dry - those who don't like slimey bits in their stews might not share our enthusiasm!
