Mix the mince, onion, breadcrumbs, egg and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl. Form into 8-12 balls with your hands.
Mix together the chopped tomatoes, water, Worcestershire Sauce, honey, sugar and malt vinegar in a bowl. Drizzle olive oil into an ovenproof dish, place the meatballs in and cover with the sauce (don't worry about drowning the meatballs - most of the sauce gets absorbed.)
Place in a 220ºC oven for 30-40 minutes until nicely browned. Serve with rice and sour cream.
