Oriental Mini Meatballs

Ingredients

440g Lamb Mince
1 chopped Onion
1 Egg
1 cup Breadcrumbs
10g chopped Thyme
10g chopped Coriander
1 tsp Ground Cumin

Oriental Mini Meatballs

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients and divide into approximately 20 portions. Toss lightly in plain flour.

Heat a little olive oil in a pan on a medium heat and cook for approximately 10 minutes and no longer pink inside.

Serve with chopped vegetables, pasta or use as finger foods placed into pitta pockets - serve with shredded lettuce and grated carrot salad.
