These long, slim continental sausages have been sold on the streets of Nuremberg since the Middle Ages. They’re made with 95% pure free-range pork, and seasoned with a blend of savoury spices including marjoram and caraway.

Defrost 12 hours in the fridge. Store below 5ºC use within 48 hours. Can also be cooked from Frozen.

Pork (95%), Water, Salt, Seasoning (Marjoram, Pepper, Caraway, Coriander, Ginger, Dextrose, Maize, Spice Extracts), Marjoram. Filled in natural sheep casings.

Per Sausage (raw, typical per 45g)
Energy: 307 kJ / 74 kcal, Fat: 4.5g of which saturates 1.6g, Carbohydrates: 0g of which sugars 0g, Fibre: 1.2g, Protein: 7.8g, Salt: 0.6g.
Remove from packaging. Do not prick sausages.
Combination of parboiling and frying, BBQ or grilling:
Add sausages to simmering water for:

From defrosted: 8 minutes
From frozen: 15 minutes.

Drain, pat dry, brush all over with oil and fry, bbq or grill for 3-4 minutes.

Alternatively from defrosted:
Pan Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Turning occasionally.
BBQ: for 8-10 minutes. Turn regularly to avoid charring.
Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack for 10-12 minutes. Turn occasionally.
This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.
