For a subtle lamb taste, we’ve mixed grass-fed lamb with free-range pork in this mild yet flavoursome sausage. The natural lamb flavour is enhanced with hints of garlic, warming nutmeg and our own delicious seasoning. Try these lean, meaty sausages with roast Mediterranean vegetables for an easy taste of the exotic!

Frozen at the peak of perfection
Keep frozen at -18ºC or below
Defrost: 12 hours in the fridge. Store below 5ºC once defrosted. Use within 48 hours

Lamb (50%), Pork (45%), Water, Salt, Seasoning (Black Pepper, Coriander, MUSTARD, Ginger, Nutmeg, Caraway Seed, Leek, Onion, Garlic, Allspice, Clove, Bay Leaf, Glucon-Delta-Lactone, Sugar, Ascorbic Acid, Citric Acid), Garlic, Nutmeg. Filled in natural sheep casings.

Remove from packaging. Do not prick sausages.

Combination of parboiling and frying, BBQ or grilling:

Add sausages to simmering water for:
From Defrosted: 8 minutes
From Frozen: 15 minutes.

Drain, pat dry, brush all over with oil and fry, BBQ or grill for 3-4 minutes.

Alternative Methods: (from defrosted only)

Pan Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Turning occasionally.

BBQ: for 8-10 minutes. Turn regularly to avoid charring.

Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack for 10-12 minutes. Turn occasionally.

This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.
