Cooking instructions
Remove all outer packaging from savoury croissants. Place on a non-stick baking tray. Set aside for 20 minutes at room temperature prior to baking.Brush with beaten egg yolk and bake in a preheated fan-oven at180ºC/360ºF/Gas 4 for 20-25 minutes.Take out and leave to rest for at least 5 minutes before serving to allow filling to cool down. Handle carefully to prevent burning.
  • Serve as an appetiser or cocktail snack or on its own as a quick snack
  • Serve with a dipping sauce (e.g. cream cheese and herbs) as a starter
  • Serve along with fresh salad leaves as a starter or a light main course.
