    Savoury Mince Bake with Sour Cream

  • Ingredients
     
    • 440g Mince (beef, lamb, pork or veal)
    • 1 tsp dried Italian herb mixture
    • 1 chopped and braised onion
    • 20-30g breadcrumbs
    • 2 eggs
    • salt and pepper
    • 180g sour cream
    • 20g grated parmesan
  • Method
     
    1. Mix mince with dried Italian herbs, onion, breadcrumbs and an egg and season with salt and pepper.
    2. Grease an ovenproof dish, tip in the mixture and gently pat it down to cover the dish.
    3. Mix sour cream with the remaining egg and 20g parmesan and pour on top of the meat.
    4. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C oven for 20-25 minutes.
    5. Remove carefully from the oven and leave to rest for at least 10 minutes.
    6. Serve with creamy mash and green beans.
