Ingredients:Meat Stuffing (68%), Beef (44%), Pork (22%), Carrot, EGG, Gluten Free Breadcrumbs (Rice flour, Gram flour, Maize starch, Salt, Dextrose), Water, Onion, Salt, Parsley, Black Pepper, Marjoram.
Puff Pastry (25%) Fortified WHEATflour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Margarine (Palm [RSPO] and Rapeseed Oil, Water, Salt), Butter (MILK), Salt.
Cèpe (7%) Water, Fortified WHEATflour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Free range EGGS, Skimmed MILK Powder, Unsalted Butter (MILK), Sugar, Salt.

For best results we recommend to cook the product from frozen.
Carefully remove en croûte from packaging, leaving on baking paper only.
Preheat oven to 200ºC / Fan 190ºC / Gas 6 along with a baking tray.
Brush pastry with beaten or egg yolk. Place the En Croute onto the pre-heated baking tray and cook for:
40-45 minutes from Frozen
30-33 minutes from Defrosted
Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
Ensure the product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.
Serve warm with beef gravy and braised cabbage or cold with fresh salad leaves and mustard.
