Our royal meatloaf makes a fabulous centrepiece for your table. Golden brown crisp pastry with succulent meatloaf that you can slice at the table your way.
To serve up neater slices of your delicious en croutes, use a serrated knife to gently saw through the pastry.
Carefully remove from packaging, leaving on baking paper.
Pre-heat oven to 200°C/Fan 190°C/Gas 6 along with the baking tray. Brush pastry with beaten egg yolk and place (still on baking paper) onto tray. Cook for:
From Frozen: 85-90 minutes
From Defrosted: 65-70 minutes
Remove from the oven and rest for 10 minutes before serving.
