Ingredients:
Pork (94%), Water, Salt, Curing Salts (Stabiliser [Sodium Triphosphate], Antioxidants [Sodium Ascorbate, Citric Acid], Preservative [Sodium Nitrite]), Demerara Sugar, Smoke Flavour, Marmalade (Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Orange Pulp, Sugar, Gelling Agent [Pectin] Lemon Juice, Colour [Caramel]).
Made with 115g of raw pork per 100g cooked ham.

Serving Suggestion: Since this ham has already been cured and cooked, you can eat it as soon as it has fully defrosted. We recommend enjoying it cold, served as part of a buffet spread or family meal.
However you may wish to refresh the marmalade glaze on the ham. To do this, pop it an oven at 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4 for 3-5 minutes or until the glaze has melted a little and is nicely coloured and looks freshly glossed.
If you wish to serve the ham hot, slice and sparingly layer the slices in a deep baking tray, heating with 125ml of stock, cider, wine or water to keep it moist, cover and heat in oven at 170°C / Fan 150°C / Gas 3 for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.
