Marinated Pork Chop

Ingredients:
Pork, Seasoning (Salt, Sugar, Paprika, Demerara Sugar, Cumin, Garlic, White pepper, Cayenne, Nutmeg, Cassia, Clove, Marjoram, Thyme, Rosemary, Black Pepper, Yeast Extract, Sunflower oil, Paprika Extract), Water

Spiced Lamb Koftas

Defrost koftas in their packaging for 6-12 hours in the refrigerator. Ensure product is thoroughly defrosted before cooking. Remove product from packaging, pre-heat a frying/griddle pan. Add a little oil to the pan or brush directly onto the koftas. Place koftas into the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes on a medium heat, turn regularly, remove from pan. Place on a rack, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 mionutes before serving.

Spicy Chipotle Pork Sausages

Remove all packaging. Separate the sausages using scissors. Do not prick sausages.
Combination of par-boiling and frying, BBQ or grilling: Add the sausages to simmering water for:

From Defrosted: 10 minutes
From Frozen: 20 minutes.

Drain, pat dry, brush all over with oil and fry, bbq or grill for 5-8 minutes.

Alternatively:

Pan Fry: Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Cook on a medium heat 18-20 minutes from defrosted. Turning occasionally.
BBQ: 18-20 minutes from defrosted. Turn regularly to avoid charring.
Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium. Place sausages on grill rack for 14-18 minutes from defrosted. Turn occasionally.

Cumberland Sausage Spirals

Cook from Defrosted. Before you start cooking, remove the skewered sausages from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature. Pre-heat a heavy frying pan or ridged griddle pan, grill or barbecue to a medium-high temperature. Brush the sausages with oil. Sear for 3½ - 4 minutes per side. Place on a rack and rest somewhere warm for at least 2 - 3 minutes. This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.

Minted Barnsley Lamb Chop

Cooking guidelines from defrosted: About 20 minutes before cooking, remove the chop from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature. Preheat a heavy frying pan, ridged griddle pan, grill or BBQ to a medium temperature. Roll the chops in the marinade to coat. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, turning only once. Press lightly for the initial sear, but don't press down while cooking as this can dry them out. Place the chops on a rack, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Marinated Pork Chop

Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove Steaks from packaging.Preheat a frying pan or griddle pan. Add a little oil to the pan or brush oildirectly onto the steaks to avoid using too much. Place steaks into the pan andcook for 2-3 minutes without touching. Turn your steaks and continue to cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Remove your steaks from the pan. Place steaks on a rack,cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
