If defrosting, defrost in refrigerator for 5-6 hours and use within 24 hours of defrosting
Marinated Pork Belly Ribs
Remove all packaging and place bone side down onto a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper.

Cook in a preheated oven at 190ºC/Fan 180ºC/Gas 4 for:

40-45 mins from defrosted
65-70 mins from frozen

Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 mins before serving.
Ensure the product is piping hot throughout.
Do not reheat once cooked.

Marinated Pork Steaks
Cooking instructions:

Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove Steaks from packaging.

Preheat a frying pan or griddle pan. Add a little oil to the pan or brush oil directly onto the steaks to avoid using too much.

Place steaks into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes without touching. Turn your steaks and continue to cook for a further 2-3 minutes.

Remove steaks from the pan. Place steaks on a rack, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Sticky Pork Ribs

Sticky Pork Ribs
Remove all packaging and place bone side down onto a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper.

Cook in a pre-heated oven at 190ºC/Fan 180ºC/Gas 4 for:

35-40 minutes from defrosted 50-55 minutes from frozen

Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Ensure the product is piping hot through out.
