Pork shoulder has great marbling, a firm texture and lots of flavour. Our butchers have lovingly hand prepared these for you, so you can enjoy all the flavour of marinated pork with none of the waiting.

Pork shoulder is a heavily marbled cut - that means it is rippled through with tiny ribbons of fat and connective tissue, which melt away during cooking, leaving a wonderfully rich flavour.There can sometimes be traces of gristle left after cooking; this is entirely normal and is a natural part of these steaks. Head Chef's Tip:
It's important not to over-cook these delicious Marinated Pork Steaks as they will become dry and tough. I recommend no more than 2-3 minutes per side, and a good 5 minutes resting after cooking.

Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove Steaks from packaging. Preheat a frying pan or griddle pan. Add a little oil to the pan or brush oil directly onto the steaks to avoid using too much. Place steaks into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes without touching. Turn your steaks and continue to cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Remove steaks from the pan. Place steaks on a rack, cover with foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

These are always a top favourite with tasty and tender..and they only take minutes to cook to perfection.
