Ingredients

2 Smoked Mackerel Fillets
1 Lemon
1 Orange
Black Pepper
Watercress

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 190ºC/ 375ºF/Gas 5.

Place the Mackerel Fillets in an ovenproof dish and pour over the juice of the lemon and the juice of half the orange.

Peel and cut the remaining half orange into segments and arrange over the fish. Cover with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes.

Sprinkle with black pepper and serve with a fresh garden salad and crusty bread.
