Partridge Breasts

Defrost the partridge breasts before cooking. Remove from packaging and pat dry with kitchen paper. Allow to come to room temperature. Preheat pan to a high temperature and add a small quantity of oil or alternatively brush straight onto meat, cook on a medium temperature for 1-1½ minutes on each side. Rest the breast in a warm place for 4 minutes before serving.

Chicken Breast Fillets

These chicken breasts are skinless and boneless and can be cooked in many different ways. Enjoy whole, diced in a pie or as part of a stir fry; the meat is of such quality it will enhance the flavour and texture of any meal. If you want something quick and easy - simply pan-fry the fillets in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes per side, then rest for up to 5 minutes before serving.

Minestrone Soup

MICROWAVE: Based on 800 watt. Do not pierce the film. Cook until piping hot:

From Frozen: 6-8 minutes
From Defrosted: 3-4 minutes

Stir before serving.

OVEN: Pierce film and place tray onto a baking tray.
Cook in preheated oven at 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6 until piping hot for:

From Frozen: 30-35 minutes
From Defrosted: 22-25 minutes

Stir before serving.

Please Note: Do not reheat once cooked.

Serving Suggestion: Add a drizzle of olive oil, sprinkle over a little grated Parmigiana Reggiano and fresh basil leaves. For an even more substantial meal, serve with warm, crusty ciabatta. Serve hot as either a main course, or as a delicious side dish to grilled or roasted meats.

Butcher's Beef Broth

MICROWAVE: Based on 800 watt. Pierce the film and cook:

From Defrosted 3-4 minutes
From Frozen 6-8 minutes

Decrease the cooking time for ovens with a higher wattage. Stir before serving.

ON THE HOB: Defrost in fridge overnight. Remove film and empty the contents of the tray into a saucepan. Heat gently without allowing to boil, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.

Please Note: Cooking appliances vary in performance, these are guidelines only. Ensure the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not re-heat once cooked.

Chicken Stir-fry Strips

Remove all packaging, pat dry with kitchen paper. Heat a wok or large frying pan on a high heat until almost smoking. Add a little oil to the pan, before adding the chicken. Toss or sauté the meat in the hot pan for 4 - 6 minutes, or until cooked. Serve immediately.
