Storage: Keep frozen at -18ºC or below
Freezer Shelf life: 18 months from production
Defrost: In the fridge for 8-10 hours
Shelf life once defrosted: 24 hours
Preparation: When sautéing, use a sharp knife to carefully cut down the middle of each tail stopping before the end.

Pan Frying: Use a heavy-bottomed frying pan over a medium heat. Add a little oil or butter, or a combination of the two. To use as little oil as possible, brush the tails with oil before frying, instead of adding it to the pan.

Fry the flesh side down first for approximately 1 minute. Turn and cook for a further minute. Be careful not to overcook as the tails can quickly become dry.

Expensive, but if you have a special meal, try these. Better than Cornish lobster
Disappointing. Small and over-priced. Thanks for your comment.

We’re sorry the langoustine tails wasn’t to your taste, but thanks for letting us know – feedback from our customers is really helpful.
Delicious , I have been waiting for these to pop up for ages
The langoustine tails were very tasty and succulent. Just cooked in butter and garlic, nothing else needed.
They look god havent tried them yet, They look good though
I cooked them in butter and a little chilli infused oil, flambed in 'Pastis'. After shelling wrapped in some smoked salmon and served on blinis with soured cream. Heavenly!
lovely but expensive for the amount
Although they are noticeably more expensive then they used to be, and I need to think more about affordability than I used to, these langoustines are of very good quality . . . . very tasty, as always.
Simply delicious, easy to prepare , and enjoyed by everyone who tried them.
Consistent wuality
excellent but expensive.
These were excellent. Good sized portions. We had one pack for a starter and used the other in a main course (tomato and spaghetti recipe from the Donald Russell website).
Very tasty. Thanks.
