Lamb Fore Shanks in Mint Gravy

Ingredients:
Lamb shanks (78%), water, sugar, malt vinegar (BARLEY), cornflour, salt, tomato paste, mint, onion, natural caramel, garlic puree, lamb stock (water, lamb bones, meat, fat, tomato paste, carrot, onion, thyme), dried onion..

Spiced Lamb Shoulder

Ingredients:
Lamb shoulder (96%), yeast extract, cornflour, sugar, spices (chilli, cumin, black pepper), salt, garlic powder, tomato powder, red pepper, herbs (parsley, oregano, sage), wheat flour (WHEAT, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine).

Nutritional Values: (typical per 100g):
Energy: 881 kJ / 212 kcal, Fat: 14.5g of which saturates: 6.8g, Carbohydrates: 1.3g of which are sugars 0.8g, Fibre: 0.5g, Protein: 18.9g, Salt: 0.6g.

Lamb Fore Shanks in Mint Gravy

Allow it to sit in its bag at room temperature for 10 minutes prior to roasting whether frozen or defrosted.
Remove all packaging and place skin side up, along with all fat and liquid from bag, into an ovenproof dish.
cover with foil
Cook in a preheated oven at 200ºC/ Fan 190ºC/ Gas 6 for:
25 -30 minutes from defrosted
45 -50 minutes from frozen

Remove the foil and heat for a further 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Stil gravy thorugh befor serving.
Ensure the product is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat once cooked.
