Excellent plenty of meat on the chops very tender.

Not what I expected at all . Previous lamb had been tasty and came away from
bone easily. This tended to stick a little.

Quality and tenderness - excellent! Good lamb. BUT butchery of the chops was bad! Why? Because they were too heavily trimmed - without the "tail" which I always love as it crisps up when grilled thoroughly - and cut far too "tight".
