We've taken inspiration from a number of homely recipes, cherry-picked our favourite elements, and combined them in this latest addition to our range of pies for one.

A slow cooked lamb stew, featuring hearty chunks of our distinctive grass-fed Minced Lamb, with classic garden vegetables, in a rich gravy. Filled into a light, buttery, short crust pastry, and topped with golden slices of sautéed potato, this satisfying dish can be cooked from frozen in under an hour.

Lamb Filling (54%): Minced Lamb (46%) Water, Carrots (9.5%), Swede (9.5%), Onion, Lamb Stock (3%) (Lamb Meat Concentrate, Yeast Extract, Salt, Sugar, Cornflour, Onion Concentrate, Spice Oils (Thyme & Rosemary)), Leeks, Modified Maize Starch, Butter (MILK), Salt, Parsley, Malt Extract (BARLEY), Thyme, White Pepper.
Pastry (29%): WHEATFLOUR (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Butter (MILK, Water, Shortening (Palm Oil, Palm Stearin, Rape Oil), Salt.
Sautéed Potatoes (17%): Sautéed Potato (Potato (96%), Palm Oil (4%)), Butter (MILK), Parsley.

Remove pie from outer packaging and place on a baking tray. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 200°C / 400°F / Gas 6 for:

From Defrosted: 25-30 minutes
From Frozen: 45-50 minutes

Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
