Frozen at the peak of perfection
Keep frozen at -18ºC. Defrost for 12 hours in the fridge, store below 5ºC once defrosted and use within 24 hours.

Ingredients: Lamb Shanks (78%), Water, Sugar, Malt Vinegar (BARLEY), Cornflour, Salt, Tomato Paste, Mint, Onion, Natural Caramel, Garlic Puree, Lamb Stock (Water, Lamb Bones, Meat, Fat, Tomato Paste, Carrot, Onion, Thyme), Dried Onion.

Nutritional Values: (typical per 100g):
Energy: 686 kJ / 163 kcal, Fat: 7.3g of which saturates: 3.3g, Carbohydrates: 5.5g of which are sugars 5.3g, Fibre: 0.5g, Protein: 19.1g, Salt: 1.0g.
Cooking Instructions: Allow product to sit at room temp. for 10 mins (frozen or defrosted). Remove packaging, emptying full contents into a heatproof dish.

Oven: Preheat to 200°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 6 and heat uncovered for:
45-50 mins from frozen 25-30 mins from defrosted

Microwave: Based on 850W. Loosely cover and heat for:
14-15 mins from frozen 9-10 mins from defrosted

Stir/baste halfway through cooking (either method), keeping pieces separate.
Before serving, ensure meat is piping hot throughout and stir sauce.
For best results, we recommend heating in the oven from frozen.

Do not reheat.
