The Lamb Crown is composed of two racks, skilfully tied into a circle to resemble a Royal Crown. A roll of fat that's been trimmed from the racks is tucked inside the Lamb Crown whilst it roasts. This keeps it really juicy, and imparts even more delicious sweet flavour to it.
  • This traditional, rarely seen cut has been brought back to commemorate Her Majesty The Queen becoming the UK's longest reigning monarch
  • The very finest, unbeatably tender, grass-fed UK lamb, French-trimmed for a stunning presentation
  • Cooks to perfection in as little as half an hour
