Haggis

Individually vacuum-packed for added freshness and is already cooked. All it requires is thorough re-heating until it is piping hot. We recommend that you defrost it thoroughly first.
Oven Method: Remove your haggis from the outer plastic bag and wrap it tightly in foil. Place your haggis in a casserole dish with a little water and heat at 180°C (Gas mark 4) until piping hot all through Í approximately 1¬ hours.
Pan Method: Remove your haggis from the outer plastic bag and wrap it tightly in foil. Place your haggis in a pan, cover with water, and gently simmer until piping hot all through - approximately 1 hour. DO NOT BOIL!
Microwave Method (e.g. for 800W Category D): Remove your haggis from the outer plastic bag and its skin (including the clips). Cut it into pieces and place in a microwaveable dish. Cover and heat on 'medium' power for 8 minutes, stirring during heating and before serving. * Microwave ovens do vary, adjust times accordingly.
