Mixed Grill Skewers

Cook from Defrosted. Before you start cooking, remove the skewers from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature. Pre-heat a heavy frying pan or ridged griddle pan, grill or barbecue to a medium -high temperature. Brush the skewer with oil. Sear for 4-4½ minutes per side. Place on a rack and rest somewhere warm for at least 2-3 minutes. This product must be cooked thoroughly prior to consumption.

Rump Steak & Pork Loin Skewers

Cook from Defrosted. Before you start cooking, remove the skewers from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature. Pre-heat a heavy frying pan or ridged griddle pan, grill or barbecue to a medium-high temperature. Brush the skewer with oil. Sear for 5-6 minutes, turning frequently. Place on a rack and rest somewhere warm for at least 2-3 minutes.
